Carl Williams has utilized an approach to planning, budgeting, managing and implementing construction projects that assured on-time and on-budget completion of projects without sacrificing superior levels of quality controls. Carl Williams’ construction management and technical services experience includes plan review, estimating, scheduling, contract award, and field inspections; he does this by utilizing proprietary construction techniques and processes. He has selected and managed teams of Architects, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Geotechnical Engineers, Attorneys and other consultants to develop and implement projects. Carl Williams is accomplished in real estate transaction management that mixes brokerage and consulting services for portfolio and asset management, transaction management and development management. Carl Williams has completed real estate development projects in both good and bad market cycles, always including strong comprehensive community-building initiatives.
